What HumanWords provides
HumanWords provides AI-assisted text revision, detector estimates, saved documents, and comparison tools. Features depend on service availability and your allowance. You remain responsible for the accuracy, references, meaning, permissions, and use of your writing. Follow your institution’s rules for AI assistance.
No detection or academic guarantees
AI detectors can produce false positives and false negatives. A score is not proof of authorship and does not predict another service’s result. HumanWords does not guarantee non-detection, grades, acceptance, or an academic outcome. Automated revision checks cannot establish that every meaning or reference is correct.
Accounts and fair use
Use an accurate email and keep your password secure. You must be at least 18. Do not share accounts, automate abusive usage, create accounts to bypass allowances, attack the service, or submit content without the rights needed to process it.
Plans and allowance
The Free plan includes 150 revision input words and 500 detection input words once per account. Essential is $14.99 per month or $150 billed annually, with 10,000 revision and 30,000 detection input words per monthly allowance period. Pro is $39.99 per month or $359.88 billed annually, with 30,000 revision and 90,000 detection input words per monthly allowance period. Annual subscribers receive monthly word refills, not the full year’s words at once. Each successful request counts its input words, including requested reruns. Unused monthly words do not roll over. Failed processing does not consume your allowance.
Billing and cancellation
Paid plans renew on your selected monthly or annual billing schedule until canceled. There is no paid trial. Cancel renewal from the billing portal. Paid access continues until the paid subscription period ends, with monthly word refills during that period. Stripe displays applicable charges and credits before a plan change is confirmed. Downgrades or shorter billing intervals take effect at the end of the paid period. Failed renewal payment does not grant a new paid period. Applicable tax must be shown before purchase. Test-mode checkout is not a live sale.
Your content
You retain rights you hold in your writing. You authorize the processing and storage needed to deliver the features you request. You can export your text and delete documents. You should keep your own copy of important work.

Contact hello@humanwords.app for account, billing, refund, or privacy issues. Material service or pricing changes will be communicated before they apply. Applicable consumer rights are not excluded by these terms.
